Job Description

IT Support Specialist (Remote – Part-Time, Open Worldwide)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via chat, email, or phone

  • Assist users with common issues such as login access, software use, and system navigation

  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and offer clear solutions

  • Record and track support requests accurately

  • Escalate more complex technical issues when required
