Job Description

Join our team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist in a fully remote environment. in a part-time. In this position, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels. We provide structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed. If you are organized, reliable, and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records of customer interactions
