About the Role

We are looking for a patient and detail-focused Help Desk Support Representative to assist users with basic technical and system-related issues. In this role, you will support customers who use our platforms and help them solve simple technical problems.

This is a remote position. You will work from home and provide support through chat, email, or ticket systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to help desk requests from users
  • Assist with login, access, and account issues
  • Guide users on how to use company platforms and tools
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems
  • Escalate complex issues to technical teams
  • Record support requests and update ticket systems
  • Provide clear and professional communication
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills (internet, email, typing)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions step by step

  • No technical experience required, training provided
