About the Role

We are looking for a patient and detail-focused Help Desk Support Representative to assist users with basic technical and system-related issues. In this role, you will support customers who use our platforms and help them solve simple technical problems.

This is a remote position. You will work from home and provide support through chat, email, or ticket systems.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to help desk requests from users
Assist with login, access, and account issues
Guide users on how to use company platforms and tools
Troubleshoot basic technical problems
Escalate complex issues to technical teams
Record support requests and update ticket systems
Provide clear and professional communication

Requirements

Basic computer skills (internet, email, typing)
