Job Description

We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at computan inc. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing an exceptional support, resolving customers inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience for our customers. The company's preferred candidate is an excellent communicator, detail oriented person and an employee passionate about helping others.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or text in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing accurate solutions.
3. Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
6. Follow company policies while delivering outstanding customer service.
7. Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication.
8. Meet performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications Required:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
2. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
5. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or customer support software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
