Overview

Tenstorrent is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers and provide helpful, timely responses. In this role, you will assist with questions, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a fully remote position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Provide clear and accurate information
