We are currently looking for a Cladding Estimator / Project Manager, for a company located in Burnaby. Our company specializes in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Multi-family residential Architectural Cladding for the Lower Mainland. 

Job Description:

• Quantify scope of work from plans and/or site condition

• Quantity take off

• Understand tender documents

• Prepare and submit cost proposals with required documentation

• Provide the required submittals

• Provide work orders for field superintendant

• Order and procure materials

• Create job schedule

• Manage project from quantity take off to  competition of installation

• Provide project closeout documentation

Experience:

• Must understand:

  • Rain screen principles

  • Building envelope science

  • Structural engineering

  • Light gauge metal attachment

• Must have experience with:

  • standing seam metal roofing

  • generic corrugated wall cladding

  • architectural wall panel systems

  • aluminum composite wall panels

  • high density fibre cement wall panels

  • translucent panels systems

Education:          

• Construction related post secondary education preferred

• Must be conversant with Microsoft Office

• Must be proficient with CAD

• Must have good communication and letter writing skills

This is a fulltime position

Salary is open depending on experience
