What & Why:
Due to large scale business transformation, our client is looking to add a change management lead to their team to assist with the transformation.
 In this role you’ll focus on developing and executing change management strategies for enterprise-wide programs and transformational initiatives. You’ll supports both function-specific changes (process updates, systems upgrades, organizational design) and multi-year transformation programs by conducting change impact and readiness assessments, designing stakeholder engagement activities, and ensuring sustainable adoption across impacted teams. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you'll apply proven change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) to drive people-focused change, measure readiness and adoption through defined metrics, mitigate resistance, and coach project teams to strengthen organizational change capability while embedding lasting improvements into business-as-usual processes. They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. This role is primarily on site, with 4 days a week in office.

You: 
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 3–5 years of experience leading change management or large-scale transformation initiatives, with strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Proven expertise conducting change impact and readiness assessments, including defining and tracking adoption metrics, identifying resistance points, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Experience designing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies that drive awareness, understanding, and commitment to organizational change across diverse audiences
  • Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Smartsheet, and demonstrated ability managing change across cross-functional programs involving process updates, organizational design, or systems implementations
Compensation: this role pays $60-75 per hour.
