Due to a massive shift in delivery, our client is looking to add a Senior Technical Program Manager to their team to assist with their Quality Engineering transformation. In this role you’ll lead a multi-year Quality Engineering (QE) Transformation program aimed at elevating testing capabilities, improving release quality and velocity, and reducing overall testing costs. You’ll oversee two integrated tracks: implementing and operationalizing a managed QE service (including vendor partnership management, SLAs, and continuous improvement) and driving QE transformation initiatives (test automation maturity, AI-enabled solutions, shift-left practices, and metrics/reporting). Ideally you will have 8–12+ years of program management experience with deep QE technical fluency, proven expertise in managed services implementation, and the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex transformations

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 8–12+ years in program management or delivery leadership, with direct experience in QE transformation programs.
- QE technical fluency: test strategies, test data management, CI/CD integration, and automation patterns.
- Proven track record implementing managed services (vendor selection, onboarding, SLAs, performance, and continuous improvement).
- Experience delivering programs that introduce AI-driven strategies or capabilities is a bonus.
This role pays between $100-120 per hour.
