Job Description
Bookkeeper (Onsite) - Multi-Company Portfolio
Richmond, BC | Full-Time Contract (Length to be determined)
Hourly Wage - $22.00 per hour (working hours can be flexible)
We are a Richmond-based real estate development company with a growing portfolio across BC. We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll do:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations)
- Bank, credit card, and cash flow monitoring
- Monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- GST/PST preparation and documentation
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Improve bookkeeping processes and controls
What we’re looking for:
- Proven bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and month-end
- QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) proficiency
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
