Job Description
9-month contract Program Analyst role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.
- Contract Program Analyst role.
- Working with a close-knit team acting as a key connector across the organization.
- Ideally located in Vancouver and can attend ad-hoc meetings on site, remote in MST could be considered as well.
What & Why:
Our client, a leading outdoor performance apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the financial and operational expansion of their circular economy initiative across North America. This program spans care/repair, resale, and service center operations, and your work will directly determine which programs scale and how. You'll be the financial and strategic backbone for a groundbreaking sustainability program. The global team builds concepts; you'll assess their viability for North American markets through scenario-based modeling and rigorous cost/benefit analysis. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong financial modeling chops, retail operations acumen, and the ability to question assumptions and bring solutions, not just problems.

You will be working with an award-winning organization with a very strong brand reputation. They are all extremely passionate about what they do, and this organization has a very strong tie to green initiatives. They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver and if located in Vancouver you can head to their office for ad-hoc meetings and the occasional team building activity. We can present candidates in PST and MST timezones for this role.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3-6 years in FP&A, retail operations, strategy, or consulting with proven financial modeling experience (ROI, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis).
- Retail business acumen and understanding of store operations
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating data into structured, actionable recommendations.
- Passion for sustainability and circular economy initiatives (strongly preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
This role pays between $40-45 per hour.
