Winery Tasting Room Attendant

• Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the winery and wines we carry
• Welcome guests to the establishment with a professional and welcoming approach
• Manage reservations and seat guests in a timely manner
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner and assist to book new reservations or group tastings
• Describe wines and the history of the winery, answer visitor questions
• Assist in running drinks and food, clearing and resetting tables
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning and environment upkeep
• Assist with display and stocking shelves
• Assist to operate the retail purchase area
• Perform other duties as requested by management

• Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.
