Service Leader

We are currently hiring experienced Service Leaders to join us at Tavern on the Green and Hillside Events at Ledgeview Golf Club in Abbotsford!

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity ending September 30th, 2023, with the opportunity for an extension.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• In other words, assisting the F&B leadership team in managing day to day operations at Hillside Events and Tavern on the Green as a Lead Server
• Ensures that the restaurant or special occasion is operating efficiently and that every customer has a positive and pleasant dining experience
• Ensuring guest satisfaction in all areas of food & beverage, service, and environment
• Communicating with the team through daily log outs and updates
• Developing and maintaining relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
• Supervises the concession stand, beverage cart, and other on course food & beverage related operations
• Responsible for the event preparation, set up, service of food and beverage clearing and clean up as per specifications in the Hillside event order
• Cash and account handling
• Planning and execution of golf related events & tournaments
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the General Manager

Working Conditions:

• Hours and shifts may vary, must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
