Job Description
- Opportunity to be the IT Support Expert with an opportunity to grow into a Product Management role.
- Opportunity to work on managing vendors to help steward mobile, loyalty and marketing roadmaps.

- Only 35-hour work weeks! They do have a hybrid work model where you will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
As a result of a growing team, our client is looking to add a IT Support Specialist to help deliver on a number of very important high-profile initiatives. Our client is looking to revamp their mobile experience and a few other software products. They are looking for someone that loves solving problems and creating an environment that will set up the company for success.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3+ years of IT Support experience.
- Experienced troubleshooting desktop/servers/networks in a Windows environment.
- Experienced with Google Suite.
- Experienced with supporting mobile devices/applications both iOS & Android.
- Experience with vendor management.
