Position Information
Location New Westminster Campus Salary Range
$56,671 annually (with wage increments to a max of $63,636 annually). Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

WHAT IT TAKES
• Completion of a two-year printing operations related diploma from a recognized post-secondary educational institution supplemented by at least five years of relevant experience in a print shop environment;
• At least one year of supervisory level experience;
• Knowledge of principles and practices of employee supervision including work planning, organization, training, and performance reviews. Experience working within a Collective Agreement.
• Good working knowledge of the English language together with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of digital printing workflows, together with a demonstrated familiarity with a broad range of printing hardware and prepress software applications with demonstrated knowledge of software applications including MS Office, Adobe Suite of products.
Additional Information
• This regular full-time (35 hours per week) position is available starting May 25, 2026.
• Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 am - pm. Shift days and times may change depending on the Department's need. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required.
• The position is located at the New Westminster campus; however, successful candidate must be available for occasional work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations.
