ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

This role reports to the Divisional Business Manager.

SUMMARY

The Standardized Patient participates in filmed roleplays between students and patients for the purpose of performance-based feedback in the Professional Communication for Internationally Trained Nurses course. This role involves portraying a female patient character in later adulthood for clinical training scenarios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Standardized Patient (SP) learns and prepares specific patient roles ahead of filmed roleplays with students
The Standardized Patient (SP) acts as a patient in filmed roleplays with students

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of two years' experience working as a Standardized Patient
