We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

Lead Developer/Architect

The Lead Developer is an expert in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables him/her to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop solutions that embrace ITIL processes and best practices. He/she will be responsible for defining the platform governance, architecture & evolution roadmap, and will drive innovation in the field of analytics, business intelligence & self-service.

Responsibilities:

• Define policy & standards - Architecture principles, Integration standards, Platform upgrade strategy, performance tuning etc. for ServiceNow projects
• Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other applications.
• Define development best practices, architecture, code review and provide technical leadership and mentoring to the ServiceNow Team.
• Consult with Customer and Service Management teams on platform enhancements and improvements including identifying potential opportunities for improvement of the platform.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades, patch installation and hot fixes.
• Responsible for executing patching and upgrades to the ServiceNow Platform.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience as ServiceNow Architect
• Should have worked on at least 1 end to end implementation of ITSM or ITOM module of ServiceNow
• 3 years of hands on experience on ServiceNow integrations
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• Service Now Developer Certified
Expert knowledge of system development
methodology, project management and system
architecture.

• Exceptional ability to translate between nontechnical business users and technical IT resources.
