We are currently seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer / Test Lead to join our team in Vancouver, BC (remote).

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Test Automation Engineer/Test Leadwith over 8 years of experience in application testing, automation framework development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in test planning, automation design, and execution, along with strong leadership skills to manage onshore-offshore teams, client communication, and end-to-end testing delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing team, includingonshore and offshore coordination, ensuring smooth communication and delivery alignment.
• Plan, design, and implement robusttest automation frameworksandtest strategiesfor complex applications.
• Manageend-to-end cross-functional testing, covering functional, integration, API, and regression testing.
• Driveautomation design and developmentusingC# / .NETframeworks and tools.
• PerformAPI testing,Azure services validation, anddatabase testing(Oracle 12 preferred).
• Collaborate closely withclient teams, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test completeness and business alignment.
• Handleproject escalationseffectively and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, and communicate quality metrics and risks to stakeholders.
• Plan and implement Gen AI and Agentic AI-based solutions aimed at productivity enhancement, test optimization, and intelligent automation.
Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experiencein application testing, including at least2-3 years in a team lead or coordination role.
• Strong experience intest planning,framework development,automation design, andtest execution.
• Expertise inAPI testing,Azure services, anddatabase testing.
• Hands-on experience inC# / .NET-based automation development.
