Qualifications
• Post-secondary education
• Bilingualism required to communicate with clients in the US or in other provinces outside of Quebec
• Ideally two years of experience in office administration; minute taking experience is an asset
• Excellent administrative/clerical skills, demonstrating strong communication skills, phone and email etiquette
• Strong attention to detail, well organized; ability to multitask, juggle priorities, meeting deadlines effectively
• Strong proficiency using MS Office and navigate multiple databases
• Experience in event planning and research-based work are assets
