What- the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, talented, and self-motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit and top-notch recruitment team. The new Consultant will recruit within Accounting & Finance (main focus), Human Resources, Administration, Supply Chain & Operations, Legal Support, and Marketing & Communications. This is a permanent employee role.
You will be surrounded by some of the best and most experienced recruiters in Vancouver under the leadership of well-networked and knowledgeable Vancouver recruitment veterans. The new Senior Recruitment Consultant will be working on a variety of searches- contract and permanent, entry-level to senior level, diverse corporate functions (not IT)- and for reputable companies of all sizes across the lower mainland and in all industries. Our recruiters are not limited to certain sectors, functions, or geographies.

Who- the Candidate:

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a recruitment agency/search firm.
Accounting & Finance recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Experience managing multiple professional searches from sourcing through accepted offer.
Vancouver recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with an ATS and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Bullhorn experience is a bonus.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

How Much:
SWIM offers two simple and transparent compensation options:

Full Commission: our highest earning-potential model; or
Base Salary + Commission: stability of a base combined with reduced commission.
23 “SWIM DAYS”- to be used for vacation, personal days, family days - whatever you want! Plus, you get your birthday off and we also provide occasional bonus days.
