Senior Corporate Property Accountant

Our growing, fast paced Property Management client is looking for a Senior Corporate Property Accountant to join their growing team.  Reporting into the Controller, you will be responsible for full cycle accounting, including payroll and assist with accurate and prompt completion of all accounting records and financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.  You will also manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.  

You must have CAM experience, and have some industry experience out of property management.  You have your Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and completion, or near completion of the CPA accounting designation.  Ideally you have experience with Spectra or Yardi and you have advanced Excel skills.
