Responsibilities:Typing and formatting various documents and reports
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
Assisting with data entry tasks
Providing clerical support to staff and management
Requirements:Proficient in typing with excellent accuracy and speed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a typist or clerk
Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
