Job Description
Our People & Culture team is looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist with good customer service skills to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. If you're a self-starter and enjoy assisting internal and external clients, plus varied administrative work, consider joining us for this temporary opportunity.
This is a temporary role for five months.

Where you'll work
In this role, you'll work onsite in our Richmond office five days a week.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, emailing, scanning, receiving phone calls, providing general information, taking messages, and forwarding calls as appropriate
- Monitor shared mailboxes and answer queries
- Receive, sort, and forward internal and external mail as required
- Support processes such as invoice reconciliation, scheduling departmental meetings and managing meeting room requests.
- Consistently model the appropriate level of organizational behaviours expected of all WorkSafeBC employees: responsive, respectful, fair, collaborative, accountable, and forward thinking

Your background and experience
- A minimum of grade 12 education
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Use Microsoft Word proficiently
- Experience in a Human Resources related role is preferred.

Salary: $25.41/hourly
