OPPORTUNITY
Brightside is seeking to fill a full-time, permanent position on our Property Services team in the role of Property Services Coordinator. This position falls under the leadership of the Director, Property Services and works under the direct supervision of the Director of Property Services. This is a fast-paced, demanding role works closely with our team of Field Technicians and the Field Services Manager, and requires excellent communication skills, a high-level of organization and autonomy, and a strong follow-through.

MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS
• Promptly respond to resident requests for repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate with field technicians and contractors for repair completion
• Document all repair requests and follow-up communication
• Manage third-party contractor activities and work orders
• Ensure successful completion of repair and maintenance services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Issue notices for suite access and emergencies
• Respond to maintenance alerts and update unit vacancy dashboard
• Collaborate with Resident Services and Field teams for efficient workflows
• Input repair requests into CRM database and initiate work orders
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and building access
• Assist with addressing special maintenance issues
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or administration
• Strong administration skills with dispatch experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systems
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Demonstrated patience, diplomacy, and good judgment

A competitive extended health, dental and vision package is provided to qualified employees upon hiring.
