What You’ll Do
- Be a main point of contact for team members and help keep everyone connected and informed
- Keep project files and records up to date and easy to access
- Collect and review project data, and create basic reports for managers
- Set up and run meetings — prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Help plan events and workshops, including booking spaces, setting up tech, and arranging food
- Organize travel plans for team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Update project guidelines and make sure documents are properly stored and managed
- Help with other tasks or special projects as needed
- Look for ways to improve how projects are managed and suggest better ways to get things done
- Stay on top of multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly
What You Need
- A diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience supporting technical or project-based teams
- Strong knowledge of document and information management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale corporate events involving diverse teams and large audiences
