Job Description

Operations Supervisor
We are more than just your local restaurants. We are a team of hardworking small-business owners, passionate people leaders, and community builders with a shared commitment to excellence.
We proudly serve millions across Canada every day-and it takes strong leadership behind the scenes to keep that going. That's where you come in.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A higher salary may be considered for exceptional candidates.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, people-first Operations Supervisor to lead a team of General Managers across multiple McDonald's restaurants. You'll be the key link between strategy and execution, guiding your patch with a focus on exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and team growth.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Leaders - Support and coach General Managers, helping them develop strong teams and exceed their restaurant goals
  • Drive Results - Partner with the Operations Manager to set measurable targets, then build action plans with GMs to meet and beat them
  • Support Development - Ensure each GM and Department Manager has a growth plan (IDP/IPP), and follow through with regular coaching and feedback
  • Protect the Brand - Oversee operational standards through regular PACE visits and performance reviews to uphold McDonald's Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Foster Culture - Build a respectful, inclusive culture rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
  • Connect the Dots - Communicate priorities clearly across restaurants, using tools like in-person visits, digital platforms, and weekly check-ins
  • Strategize for Success - Analyze data (Clearview, PACE, GEMS, financials) to identify opportunities and coach restaurants toward growth
  • Support Reinvestment - Collaborate on big-picture initiatives like new openings, remodels, and key equipment upgrades

Your Vibe & Experience
You lead with heart and clarity. You're a strong communicator, calm under pressure, and obsessed with creating a culture where people thrive. Your experience includes:
  • Leading multi-unit operations or managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Coaching and developing leaders
  • A strong understanding of restaurant systems and financials
  • A growth mindset and ability to balance big picture thinking with tactical execution
  • McDonald's or other QSR experience is required
  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within your market

Why Join Us?
Working with us means you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Make a meaningful impact across multiple locations
  • Earn competitive compensation and recognition perks
  • Access ongoing development through McDonald's world-class learning platforms
  • Work in a safe, inclusive, and values-driven environment where your leadership truly matters
