Position Information
Location New Westminster/Coquitlam Campus Salary Range
Band 11 (Minimum - $92,139 , Control Point - $122,852, Maximum- $135,137). Placement within a salary band is typically up to Control Point based on skills, experience and internal equity. May place over Control Point in limited circumstances.
The Opportunity
The Manager, Marketing and Creative Development leads the College's strategic marketing and oversees creative and brand development. The Manager works closely with, and reports to, the Director, Marketing and Communications.

This regular, full-time position is available starting November 3, 2025. Regular hours of work are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel between Douglas College's locations as required.

WHAT IT TAKES
• Established professional credibility as evidenced by a degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• More than five years of experience at a management or supervisory level in marketing.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of digital design, print production, graphic arts, photography, and videography.
• Advanced understanding of marketing in both traditional and digital environments.
• Proven record of leading a marketing and creative team.
• Knowledge, experience and understanding of developing marketing materials specific to audience and/or channel.
• Experienced project manager with specific experience managing diverse teams including contractors and unionized employees.
