Landscape Foreman / Working Team Lead
Atmosphere Installations Ltd.
$34–$42 per hour (depending on experience)

Atmosphere Installations is looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This is a working leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the tools while running a crew and delivering high-quality landscape builds.
We specialize in high-end residential landscape installations, primarily in the Predator Ridge neighbourhood, working on new developments and custom single-family homes.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be leading from the front, building landscapes alongside your crew every day.
What You’ll Be Doing

Working hands-on daily while leading and organizing your crew

Installing complete landscapes including:
-
Hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, patios, steps)

Irrigation systems
-
Grading, prep, and base work
-
Planting and finishing
-

Reading and executing landscape plans on site
-
Operating and maintaining small equipment (skid steer, mini ex, plate compactor, cut-off saws, etc.)

Training and mentoring crew members on proper installation techniques
-
Managing job site workflow, quality control, and safety
-
Keeping projects moving efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
-
Should have 5+ years hands-on landscape installation experience
-
Previous foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred

Strong technical knowledge of:

Hardscape construction
-
Irrigation installation and troubleshooting

Base prep and grading
-
Planting and finishing
-

Comfortable leading a crew while working alongside them

Able to problem-solve on site and make decisions independently

Valid driver’s license
-
Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your work
