Are you a detail-oriented engineer ready to take the next step in your career? As an Intermediate Project Engineer, Land Development, you will support a growing portfolio of exciting residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site development projects across Ontario. This role empowers you to refine your technical expertise, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and help shape the communities where we live, work, and grow.
Your Impact
- Support the design and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects, including greenfield and infill developments.
- Prepare technical drawings, designs, and reports using AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Assist in coordinating permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, senior engineers, and cross-functional project teams.
- Contribute to project coordination, documentation, and quality control.
- Apply innovative problem-solving skills to advance project outcomes.
- Grow your engineering capabilities in a supportive, self-driven work environment.
- Work from home offices across the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, or London, Ontario, with hybrid work flexibility.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 3-5 years of experience in land development engineering.
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Working knowledge of Ontario land development processes and approval pathways.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence preferred.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
