About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Insulation Technician / General Labourer to support residential and commercial insulation projects. Candidates with carpentry or millwork experience are highly preferred, as the role involves measuring, cutting, and installing materials accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Install and remove a variety of insulation materials (batts, spray foam, blown-in, etc.)
Assist with construction prep, cutting materials, and sealing systems
Use hand and power tools safely
Load/unload materials, maintain clean and organized workspaces
Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
Support carpentry-related tasks as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in insulation, carpentry, millwork, or construction labour
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights/confined spaces
Valid driver’s licence an asset
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
