About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Insulation Technician / General Labourer to support residential and commercial insulation projects. Candidates with carpentry or millwork experience are highly preferred, as the role involves measuring, cutting, and installing materials accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and remove a variety of insulation materials (batts, spray foam, blown-in, etc.)

  • Assist with construction prep, cutting materials, and sealing systems

  • Use hand and power tools safely

  • Load/unload materials, maintain clean and organized workspaces

  • Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements

  • Support carpentry-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in insulation, carpentry, millwork, or construction labour

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights/confined spaces

  • Valid driver’s licence an asset

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
