Carpenter Enterprises (B.C.) Inc is an independently owned and operated franchise of McDonald's in British Columbia. We're looking for Part-time and Full-time Crew Members who want a flexible opportunity to earn extra income while gaining valuable experience.
This role is perfect for anyone looking to supplement their earnings. You'll help deliver exceptional guest service, prepare food and beverages, and keep the restaurant running smoothly during afternoon and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately
Prepare food and beverages to McDonald's standards
Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
Follow structured procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and managers
Adhere to food safety standards, company policies, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
No prior experience required; experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing and walking
Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
Fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Compensation & Workplace Commitment
