Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Help Desk Representative to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and is interested in starting a career in IT or customer support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear solutions

  • Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team

  • Document support requests accurately in our system

  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet)

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
