Be a part of the action! We are seeking Guest Service Representatives and Advanced First Aid (OFA 3) trained individuals with exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide security services at concerts, festivals, and sporting events. If you enjoy staying active and working outdoors, this role is a perfect fit for you. Security license not required!

WHAT WE OFFER

• Guest Services $19.50
• Advance First Aid Training (OFA3) certified $23.50
• Shifts: Based on the duration of each event

WHAT DOES AN EVENT GUEST SERVICES DOES?
• Monitor surveillance and crowd control
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage traffic and parking
• Address and resolve incidents as they arise
This is a great opportunity for individuals who can commit to evening event shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Security license is NOT required
• OFA Level 3 or Traffic Control Ticket considered assets, but not required
• Flexible availability to accommodate varied event schedules
• Clear criminal background check
• Clear child abuse registry check
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Availability for evening shifts (start times vary: 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, etc.) as most events occur during the evening
