We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our Service Team at Townhall Public House Langley!

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of progressive experience in Restaurant or Hospitality Management holding roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or other similar role. Experience includes overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests and balancing seating capacity.

Responsibilities of a General Manager include:
  • Providing leadership and development for the team
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
  • Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
  • Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
Working Conditions:
  • Hours and shifts may vary
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
