💼 What You’ll Do
As Financial Controller, you’ll:
- Lead the company’s financial operations and strategy as part of the executive team
- Oversee all accounting functions including billing, A/R, A/P, inventory, and revenue recognition
- Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Analyze financial data and advise leadership on risks and opportunities
- Supervise and structure the finance team to meet organizational goals
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- CPA designation (or equivalent) with 7+ years in senior finance leadership
- Strong background in forecasting, analytics, compliance, and team management
- Experience with SAP Business One (FICO), Excel, and G Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive financial data with discretion
- A collaborative mindset and strategic thinking
