Job title: Esthetic Services Manager

Wage: $29-34/h, 40 hour per week

Job type: permanent and full-time

Work location: 101-745 Goldstream Ave,Victoria,BC,V9B 2X4

 

Job duties and Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for development of policies and procedures, staff coordination, operations supervision, service quality assurance, and routine management of the centre.

l   Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

l   Monitor budget, product inventory, purchasing, and sales of beauty products.

l   Collaborate with the marketing team to create new client acquisition and retention strategies.

l   Responsible for hiring employees and developing employee schedules.

l   Train and supervise staff, ensuring all team members are competent with an understanding of products & service offered and up to date with skills needed to perform their respective duties.

l   Perform other administrative duties including business planning and financial management and approving non-routine transactions.

l   Address customer needs, handle client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure long-term and positive customer relationships.

l   Other duties and tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

l   College diploma.

l   3 years of work experience in the beauty industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial capacity.

l   Outstanding leadership & communication skills.

l   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

l   Superior time management skills.

l   Proficiency in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Sheets.

l   Outstanding attention to detail.

l   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

l   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
