Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support daily online store operations. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital retail, product management, and customer support within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing and updating product listings across online platforms

  • Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing information

  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock updates

  • Process customer orders and track shipments

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or chat

  • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal updates

  • Ensure product information and website content remain accurate

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good written communication skills
