Job Description

We are currently hiring a motivated Customer Care Associate to support our customers and enhance their overall experience. In this remote role, you will act as a key point of contact, assisting with inquiries and ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. If you enjoy helping others and are looking for a flexible remote role, this opportunity offers a supportive environment to grow your customer service experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with customers through email, chat, and occasional phone support

  • Address questions related to products, services, and account details

  • Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience

  • Process orders, returns, and basic account updates

  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex issues
