Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to fill a Data Entry beginner /entry level role to join our team. If you love clean, accurate data and take pride in getting the small things right, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Input, update, and maintain accurate records across our internal systems and databases
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them promptly
Organize and file digital documents in a clear, consistent structure
Cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
Generate simple reports and summaries as needed
Flag any recurring issues or process improvements to the team

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail — you catch the things others miss
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data entry tools
Good typing speed and accuracy
Reliable, organized, and able to manage your time independently
Clear communicator — you ask questions when something's unclear
Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
