As part of the Office of the Premier , the Intergovernmental Relations Secretariat (IGRS) works to ensure B.C. is successful in achieving its priorities that require intergovernmental engagement and cooperation. Your superior ability to communicate orally and in writing ensures that the results of your research are conveyed effectively and professionally. Your collaborative nature proves invaluable in this key role as you assist in negotiations and search for compromises to achieve consensus and to ensure ministry initiated intergovernmental activities are consistent with the overall strategy and positioning of the B.C. government. Highly motivated, you have the research skills and the analytical abilities required to impact major public policy issues.
