The Role
Reporting into Sales Leadership, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing portfolio of commercial clients throughout Western Canada.
This is a highly consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs, developing customized fleet and mobility solutions, and building long-term strategic relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with internal operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth and client retention.

What You Will Be Doing
Business Development & Sales
  • Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities across Western Canada
  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify client needs and develop customized fleet and mobility solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing packages, and recommendations
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
Account Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding fleet strategy, cost optimization, and emerging industry trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support implementation and service delivery
Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations teams on vehicle sourcing, contracts, delivery coordination, and service requirements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer information within the CRM system
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, fleet management innovations, electrification initiatives, and sustainability trends
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the sales organization
The Candidate
You are an entrepreneurial and relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment. You enjoy developing new business opportunities while building long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
You are highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.

What They Are Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Experience within fleet services, leasing, automotive, equipment, transportation, industrial services, financial services, or related industries
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around pricing, contracts, and client deliverables
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasting activities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings as required
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling fleet management, leasing, transportation, automotive, or mobility solutions
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs), fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, or sustainability initiatives
  • Experience working with commercial vehicle fleets
  • Industry certifications such as VSA, AMVIC, OMVIC, or equivalent provincial sales licensing
