Division 8 doors, frames, hardware and Division 10 toilet partitions & accessories hardware consultants and supplier, serving all of British Columbia. We specialize in multi unit residential and small to medium sized commercial projects. Our team has over 30 years experience in the door & hardware industry quoting, scheduling multi million dollar projects with their Division 8 and Division 10 needs.
We are hiring for the following full time positions. The positions require to be in office Monday through Friday.
• Project Coordinator - starting at $52,000/year
• Project Manager - starting at $75,000/year
• Senior Project Manager - starting at $85,000/year
• General Manager - starting at $125,000/year
The positions must have experience in:
• Residential interiors doors.
• Residential hardware
• Commercial pressed steel doors and frames
• Commercial hardware.
• Experience in tower work and multi family projects.
• AutoCAD would be a huge asset.
• Full knowledge of Div 8 and Div 10 requirements.
• Ability to understand blueprints, and familiar with Construction platforms such as Procore
