Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service representative . This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and solving customer inquiries in a remote setting. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and building rapport
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
