THE TEAM

The mission of the People & Culture Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our People & Culture Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of People & Culture functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence. As the Manager, People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in championing the seamless execution of key People & Culture programs through effective operational management of people, process, technology, reporting, and space. THE ROLE

As the Manager, People Operations, you will:
  • Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of People & Culture related initiatives
  • Ensure the most important programs are executed perfectly and continuously improved through effective management of quality, timelines, partners, financials, processes, and tools; programs include but are not limited to:
    • People Planning Program
    • Performance Review Cycle (Evaluation) Program
    • Onboarding Program
  • Manage geographic expansion across all areas of People
  • Integrate infrastructure into and out of People & Culture, and represent the department's interests cross-functionally
  • Ensure People & Culture tools and space are accessible, functional, organized, and clean to support business needs
  • Provide business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the People & Culture Division

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, People Operations has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
    • Experience in a similar Human Resources operational role
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
