The Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Center Representative (English & French), you are responsible for providing excellent service to all our customers. You will assist customers with sales, in-store pickups and returns as well as address customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.

What you bring to the role:

Able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities
At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
