Community Forest Corporation; Vermillion Forks Community Forest Corporation
-Ranching
-Tourism
-Mining: Copper Mountain Mining

Amenity migration (people selecting a place to live based on life style, not economic reasons)
The town has a vibrant retail and services sector that reflects the needs of residents and the business community. Available commercial space in the Town's core is limited but there are usually properties available for purchase or lease.

Princeton continues to benefit from a robust real estate market. New residential developments are underway in order to meet the needs of a growing community.

The Princeton Industrial Park Phase II is now at almost 80% capacity there are still a few of the original 22 fully serviced light industrial lots available. The Industrial Park is located just minutes away from downtown. For details on the newest phase of the Princeton Business Park, click here.

Plans are now in the works for Phase III which will add an additional 10 fully serviced lots added to the park. The Princeton Industrial Park offers some of British Columbia's most affordable industrial land.

Princeton retains the "can-do" ethic of the men and women who settled this area starting 150 years ago; the settlers, prospectors, miners and ranchers. Our business community, Mayor and Council and Economic Development Office are ready to assist you to become part of our safe, forward moving Town.
