Established in 1973, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is driven by its vision of a world of multicultural harmony.

Initially founded to assist new Canadians of Chinese descent to overcome language and cultural barriers, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has evolved into a multicultural, multi-service agency assisting people in all stages of their Canadian experience.

Today, the organization is one of British Columbia’s largest social service providers. With more than 20 locations, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. proudly serves communities in Greater Vancouver, Fort St. John and overseas in Asia. S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is also recognized as a prominent advocate for positive social change.

Together, our dedicated team of more than 500 professional staff and 1,000 volunteers deliver a multitude of services in the areas of newcomer settlement, employment, language training, family and youth counselling, business and community development, seniors care, and affordable housing.
