What & Why:
This role is a combination of customer success, technical support, and website development. Due to company success and high rates of customer growth, we’re on the hunt for a Web Application Support Specialist to join one of Vancouver’s most exciting and innovative SaaS companies. In this role you will be the ‘point person’ for all technical customer inquiries from some of the biggest brands in North America. You will also be responsible for delivering clients' custom website requests and will be the ‘quarter back’ for multiple integration projects. You will need to bring exceptional customer service skills combined with technical prowess in HTML and CSS development.

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3+ years in a client/customer facing support role.
- Expertise in supporting web-based software applications.
- A high degree of proficiency with HTLM/CSS and other website technologies.
- Computer science related education.
