Our client, the First Nation’s Financial Management Board (“the FMB”), Canada’s leading Aboriginal standard setting institution, is growing and looking for a vibrant Web and Digital Media Officer to join its team in Vancouver!
Reporting to the Director of Capacity Development and Intervention you will work closely with the Public Relations/Communications team to drive the design and implementation of the FMB’s new technology platform and website to the highest quality standards with a focus on client outreach, on-line learning and digital and social media content.
Along with a Bachelors of Arts or Masters of Fine Arts in Digital Media, Interaction Design or related degree, you have 5+ years of experience in Web and digital content teams/projects (Web, Video, Social Media, Print, Signage) with a focus on usability, architecture, design and development. You have an exceptional design portfolio that provides live working examples of previous Web and other digital creation projects you have driven or taken a lead role with. It is also a unique opportunity to bring your experience to make a difference to First Nations communities. This role offers an attractive compensation package and is based in West Vancouver on Squamish Nation traditional territory.
