We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator/Claims Tech for our Langley location.

This position will be part of a growing Centralized Warranty Team and will be responsible for all aspects of processing warranty. This involves providing guidance and assistance to service personnel, interpreting work orders/failure reports, claim submission, the reconciliation of accounts and maximizing claim returns from multiple vendors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) essential
  • 1-2 years related experience in a service/warranty administration role
  • Post-secondary diploma or Heavy Duty Equipment/Truck & Transport/Automotive trade certification would be considered an assest
  • Fundamental computer skills/accurate data entry
  • Professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, team player
  • Strong organizationl and prioritization skills with the ability to mulitask
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred but willing to train the right people
