Due to growth, we’re seeking a proactive leader to work in a fun, upbeat furniture company in Richmond, BC. You will be an integral part of our company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervise, coach, and develop staff in day-to-day operations of distribution centre and ensure team members follow and are trained in safe work practices
  • Complete relevant documentation as required, maintain an accurate record keeping system, and prepare all relevant reports and data as required by management
  • Develop and maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures

Your skills and experience include:

  • At least 6 months of warehouse or equivalent experience
  • Strong work ethic, team oriented attitude and a high level of energy
  • Good attention to detail and a critical thinker
  • Basic computer skills
  • Your own steel toe safety boots
  • Physical ability to lift or maneuver 50lbs - 100lbs
  • Flexible schedule to work in our seven day a week operation
  • Order picker operator certification or valid BC driver’s license would be ideal

Salary and benefits include:

  • $15-$20/hour based on experience
  • Reasonable working hours: 10:00AM – 6:00PM
  • Discount on personal furniture (after 3 months)
